Kick-off meeting
The Kick-off Meeting and Steering Committee Meeting for the Erasmus+ HEAL4ALL project was successfully held on November 19th, 2024, at the University of Split Croatia. This meeting marked the official start of the Project and brought together all partners to discuss goals, structure, and initial implementation steps. It was organised and coordinated by the project partners University of Split (UNIST) and Mediterranean Economic Foresight Institute (IPEMED). Alongside the coordinators, in attendance were representatives from fabula movens d.o.o., Nord universitet (UNO), Itä-Suomen yliopisto (UEF), Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KU Leuven).
The meeting was officially opened by Irena Drmić Hofman and Ivana Carev, representing the project coordinator University of Split, who extended a warm welcome to participants introduced us to the specifications of the University of Split, the variety of study programs and students attending the faculty, and all the mobility projects in which the university participated.
Goran Pažin, IPEMED, presented the Management, Financial, and Quality Assurance plans, ensuring a clear understanding of the project’s administrative framework. Following this, Kristina Udiljak, IPEMED, outlined the Communication, Dissemination, and Exploitation Plan, detailing how the project’s results will be shared with broader audiences.
Following up, Branka BernardEAL (fabula movens), the project coach, presented an overview of the project’s main objectives, work packages, and planned activities, project packages and gantt chart, offering insight into the expected outcomes and dynamics of project activities.
Partners also presented their work experience, technical contributions and role in the project, sharing their specific work packages and activities, IPEMED (Kristina Udiljak), KU LEUVEN (Jessie Dezutter), UEF (Suvi-Maria Saarelainen), UNO (Gørill Haugan) and fabula movens (Branka Bernard).
The meeting concluded with a productive Q&A session, providing an opportunity to address open questions and align on the next steps fot the project. The day ended with a joint dinner allowing participants to get to know each other better.
The Kick-off Meeting laid a solid foundation for the HEAL4ALL project, ensuring a coordinated and collaborative start to this ambitious initiative.
